FOLLOW THE 20/20/20 RULE TO GIVE YOUR EYES SCREEN BREAKS.
When using a screen, look at something 20 feet away (6m) for 20 seconds every 20 minutes, to avoid eye strain and headaches.

Hydration is extremely important for eye health. Studies recommend drinking at least two liters of water in a day.
Allergens and pollen are found in a great quantity in the spring season. Flowers are in full bloom during the springtime, and the pollination process is at its peak.
“My eyes are itchy,” “my eyes are burning” or “my eyes feel scratchy. ”I can’t see very well.”
After doing close-up work, your child says “I feel dizzy,” “I have a headache” or
“I feel sick/nauseous.”
“Everything looks blurry,” or “I see double.”
If one or more of these signs appear, take your child to an eye doctor right away.
